Life can often feel like an uphill battle where we are simply trying to keep our heads above water. Whether you are navigating everyday stress, the weight of burnout, or more complex challenges like anxiety, depression, or past trauma, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help you catch your breath. My practice is open to everyone, and I am committed to making therapy a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected exactly as you are.
In addition to supporting general mental health, I have a specialized interest in working with ADHD/ADD. I understand how a neurodivergent brain can make the “simple” tasks of life feel overwhelming, and I work with my clients to move away from shame and toward strategies that actually fit how their minds work.
My background in Early Childhood Education informs my clinical perspective. It helps me understand how the patterns we developed as children to stay safe or fit in often follow us into adulthood. Sometimes, these old ways of surviving start to get in our way. Together, we can look at these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, helping you find a more natural rhythm and a sense of internal peace.
As a Master’s-level psychotherapist-in-training practicing under professional supervision, I offer a high standard of care at an affordable rate. I believe everyone deserves quality support regardless of their circumstances. I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation so we can chat about your needs and see if we’re a good fit.
