Hi, I’m Zavera (she/her)
Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Are you overwhelmed by you thoughts, feelings or situation and unsure about how to move forward? Do you wonder if life should feel different, happier?
Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, careers and live meaningful lives. Each one of us is uniquely individual and an expert in our own lives, therefore, my approach is to work collaboratively and tailor therapy to support positive changes, self-growth and healing. Accessing support takes courage and often requires us to be vulnerable, therefore my priority is to provide a welcoming, safe and flexible therapeutic space to build human connection, where you feel heard, validated, have the opportunity to holistically explore issues, and develop awareness, self-acceptance and compassion.
I genuinely believe that this attention to self-discovery and acceptance promotes alignment with one’s values, and offers a greater sense of fulfillment and freedom to live purposeful lives. I aim to provide compassionate, trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
