Life can feel difficult to navigate, whether you’re working through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or a major life transition. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop tools that support you both now and in the long term.
I work with youth, adolescents, and adults, using an integrative approach that is shaped around each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients and helping them better understand themselves while navigating a world that doesn’t always accommodate the way they think, learn, and process information.
I also support clients who are navigating romantic, family, or social relationships, as well as anxiety, self-understanding, resilience, and periods of change or uncertainty. Wherever you’re starting from, my goal is to meet you there without judgment and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable.
I strive to create a therapy space that feels welcoming, collaborative, and genuine. Your experiences and goals are at the centre of our work, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and free to explore what matters to you.
My hope is to help you gain clarity, strengthen your connection with yourself and others, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy; we can work through it together.
