About…

For some people, everything in life fell in line exactly how they hoped it would. For most of us though, things happened along the way that irrevocably transformed the kind of person we were meant to be. While we can never go back, we can work together to understand what happened, how you’re feeling now, and how we can make you feel better. I know how hard it can be to take that first step, but I’m here for you when you’re ready. I believe in the principle that people don’t “fixing,” they need understanding, support and compassion. In this loud and noisy world, we develop strategies to survive and cope, but maybe those aren’t useful anymore?

I work with people who experience all types of issues: depression, anxiety, grief, burnout, identity issues, family issues and more. My work is client-led with an anti-oppression and socially inclusive lens. I offer a relationally eclectic approach, which can include somatic work, breath work, music integration, artistic expression, and others. But my clients’ needs always come first and we move forward at your pace with what you feel comfortable with.

More about me? I’m a musician who understands artistic expression and uses music as a form of catharsis. Please do contact me for a free consultation to explore if we would be a good fit. I offer virtual sessions, and have in-person availability on Sundays only starting August 2023.
