The fact that you are here speaks volumes; when life feels unmanageable or overwhelming, it can be difficult to reach out for help. By working through an anti-oppressive and healing-centered lens, I aim to create a space that is supportive, open, and warm. Using empathy and nonjudgment, my aim is to help you rediscover balance, stability, hope, and most importantly, the joy that may feel lost to life’s trials and tribulations.
For us to work together in developing a deeper understanding of yourself, I emphasize the importance of trust, collaboration, and continuous exploration of your values and goals. During our sessions, we will work together to examine both the internal and external parts that may keep you stuck and work toward developing insight and growth.
My approach is rooted in a collective-modality-based approach, where I use Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy to help unpack the parts of you that feel “not enough”. While I treat a wide variety of issues, my area of expertise lies in Eating Disorders/ Disordered Eating, Trauma and PTSD, and Anxiety.
It’s exhausting to feel stuck in the cycle of shame, self-loathing, and dysregulation. Although it can be a scary venture, you are taking powerful action steps toward a more hopeful future. I look forward to talking with you and witnessing you heal, grow, and thrive.
