Required Documents:
Registered Applicants (non-students) – Email the following :
1. Your full name, the name of your College, and your registration number
2. A copy of your registration certificate from your Regulatory College
3. A photo for use on your profile
*Note – if your PayPal subscription was set up under a clinic name, on behalf of someone else, or using any name other than your own, please let us know these details in your email.
