I am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology intern. I have gained years of experience working with mental health and personal growth to develop and improve the lives of others. I worked in the education field for 2 decades and loved helping both students and their families.

Although I use a variety of modalities and methods to navigate the therapeutic process, I typically like to find the root of the issue and take a person-centered and holistic approach to determine with you what would be best as we move towards your goals. I am eager to work with you on your unique journey, providing the support and care you deserve. Your growth and change are my utmost priorities, and I am here to walk this path with you.
