About…

My Specialties: Trauma, BIPOC Communities/Cultural challenges, Depression & Anxiety

When things don’t always go as planned, it can feel like you’re facing more than you can handle.

In those moments, it helps to have a supportive space where you can be yourself and work through what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment. I’m here to provide that space—a place where you can share, reflect, and grow at your own pace. Together, we’ll focus on building awareness, strengthening your emotional and mental resilience, and finding practical ways to start moving towards your goals.

My approach blends evidence-based techniques with integrated skills to help you manage emotions effectively. I emphasize mindfulness and self-compassion as we work together to navigate life’s challenges.

As your therapist, I’m committed to helping you improve your mental and emotional well-being. I understand the importance of prioritizing mental health because, in my own life, I believe in taking care of myself so I can show up fully for others – I know I cannot give from an empty cup. Outside of therapy, I enjoy nature walks, practicing mindfulness, listening to music, and staying connected with friends and family.

Let’s work together to help you navigate life’s challenges and find a path toward healing and growth! If you think we would be a good fit, please contact me for a free 20-minute video/phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
