Welcome! Seeking support is a difficult first step and I applaud your strength for taking it! My role is to support you in your journey towards improved well-being, self-discovery and building resiliency. Together, we will work to process your past experiences, navigate difficult emotions, and understand your own unique patterns to help you gain a sense of balance and stability. Emotions and certain situations/experiences can sometimes feel big and scary, but together we can work to understand them, and I can help teach you coping skills to manage and regulate these situations/emotions. I will always prioritize your goals and needs.
In therapy, my goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I use an eclectic approach, pulling from different therapeutic modalities as needed, and tailor sessions to the unique needs/goals of the client. I adopt a trauma-informed approach, and am passionate about bringing authenticity to sessions!
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all treatment approach, and that we are the experts in our own experiences. So, I enjoy collaborating with clients to find an evidence-based treatment approach that works best for them, and learning about their unique and intersectional experiences. I dedicate myself to supporting clients from all walks of life!
