About…

Hi, I’m Ali!

With me, you can be your true self without worrying about any judgement whatsoever. I’m all about open communication, really listening to understand you, and working together to improve your well-being by focusing on what matters most to you.

I believe that feeling connected to your therapist is one of the most important parts of therapy. So, in our sessions, you will feel empowered, seen, and understood. Every emotion, even the tough ones, deserves room to be felt and processed. Together, we can work through those difficult feelings and find ways to grow and heal.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, and I am passionate about working in collaboration with you to ultimately support you through your toughest moments – whether it’s anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or any other struggles, I am here for it.

I’ve been through my own life challenges, including grief and trauma, so I understand what it’s like to be on the other side of therapy. I’ve found it incredibly helpful, and I never take your vulnerability for granted. It would be an honour to be part of your journey and support you in anything and everything you’re facing. I’m here for you every step of the way.

If you think that we would be a good fit, please contact me for a free 20-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
