I want you to know that I see you, and that what you’re going through is a very real experience that many individuals with anxiety and related concerns experience. You have likely tried many things to help yourself, yet find the thoughts and feelings continue to come back.

I offer a safe and empathic space to explore your thoughts and feelings with a lens of curiosity and workability. Founded on the principles of mindful awareness, values-based living, and increased self-acceptance, we can begin to explore ways to approach challenges with new skills. I utilize approaches from several modalities to tailor therapy to your needs and prioritize your goals for wellness.

Although I am located in Cambridge, ON, I offer individual therapy for adults across Ontario through a virtual (video-based) platform.
