About…

(She/Her/Hers)

Counselling can provide a time and place to explore any current struggles or challenges you may be experiencing in life. Together, we can create a safe space to support you in facilitating change, helping you do more than just survive, but ultimately thrive.

With a background in social service work, I have worked with a diverse array of individuals from all different walks of life. I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2022. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centred, supporting you in realizing your goals and discovering a deeper sense of well-being. Focusing on meeting clients where they are at, I hold the belief the therapeutic alliance, founded on empathy and non-judgement, can guide the healing journey safely and collaboratively. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to healing.
