My goal as a counsellor is to make you feel heard, acknowledged, and empowered. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, and value your feedback and input throughout the process. I am here to support you with the challenges you are experiencing and the changes you desire to make. In my personal life I enjoy spending time outdoors as much as I can, including activities such as hiking, paddleboarding, and snowshoeing. Other hobbies include spending time with my dog, attempting to improve my cooking skills, and dabbling in video games. I work for multiple organizations, and am grateful that I can offer cost flexibility for those who need it with one of them.
