My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I also draw from other therapeutic modalities, such as Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), to create a tailored and effective approach that suits your unique needs. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, phobias, and body image.
In our sessions, you can expect me to be fully present, compassionate, and non-judgmental as we collaboratively explore your challenges and find a path forward that feels authentic and meaningful to you. My goal is to empower you with skills and tools that align with your values and strengths for lasting change.
I’m pleased to be able to offer numerous affordable therapy spots in my practice as a commitment to our community and accessibility. I am able to offer sessions starting at $120 (+HST) per session, based on household income.
