Welcome!
I wanted to take a moment to personally welcome you, seeking therapy can be a courageous step and I hope to be here to support you every step of the way.
I am an MA in Counselling Psychology (MACP) graduate from Yorkville University, currently registered with CRPO as RP (Qualifying) and practicing psychotherapy under supervision.
I am an immigrant, queer of colour, non-binary therapist with disabilities looking to help folx with mental health struggles, especially within queer, trans and BIPOC communities.
While working with clients, I hope to address anxiety, stress, sadness, dissociation, rage, self-criticism, shame, and trauma that may or may not result from interpersonal and systemic experiences of violence and oppression. I can utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural and internal family systems approaches to help people. My mission is to provide you with a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences, ultimately finding healing, growth and resilience.
