Welcome!
Seeking therapy can be a courageous step and I hope to be here to support you every step of the way.
I am an MA in Counselling Psychology (MACP) graduate from Yorkville University, currently registered with CRPO as RP (Qualifying) and practicing psychotherapy under supervision.
I am an immigrant, queer of colour, non-binary therapist with disabilities looking to help folx with mental health struggles, especially within queer, trans and BIPOC communities.
While working with clients, I hope to address excessive worrying, stress, sadness, dissociation, rage, self-criticism, shame, and trauma that may or may not result from interpersonal and systemic experiences of violence and oppression. I can utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural (DBT), internal family systems (IFS) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help people.
My mission is to provide you with a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences, ultimately finding healing, growth and resilience.
