Every person’s journey with mental health is different. Obstacles can be intimidating and leave one feeling helpless, but also offer significant opportunities for development and transformation. I place a great importance on prioritizing people’s needs and creating a judgement free space. Growth is possible when one is given an environment to be understood. I use a variety of techniques, including but not limited to Gestalt, Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural therapy. I am dedicated to assisting others in overcoming obstacles while encouraging personal growth.
