Moments arise causing us to wonder, “why do I feel this way, how can I feel better”. Obstacles can be intimidating and leave one feeling helpless. They also offer opportunities for transformation. My dedication as a therapist is based on cultivating compassion and empathy following a person centred approach with a strong therapeutic alliance. In order to fully comprehend and handle my clients’ needs, I place a high value on active listening. Each session is personalized to meet the client’s requirements and creating a space which is inclusive, validating socially and culturally just.
Growth occurs when we are safe and understood. I use a variety of techniques, including but not limited to Gestalt, Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural therapy. I am dedicated to assisting others in overcoming obstacles while encouraging personal development and self-discovery through meaningful changes in their lives.
