Hello! My name is Bailey (She/Her), and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) located in Central Ontario. I am completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen’s University, further specializing in biomedical studies. I have worked with children, youth, and families for several years and have experience working with people of all abilities. I have found my spark in supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s uncertainties and adapt to new challenges. Helping individuals and families find a sense of balanced wellbeing is my goal, recognizing that every individual is doing the best they can with the resources they have. Due to my background, I approach counselling through a holistic lens, considering the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence our mental well-being. I utilized CBT-based approaches with integration of mindfulness, trauma-informed and art therapy methodologies, tailoring my practice to best meet the needs of my clients.
