I have a passion for supporting individuals from a holistic approach by incorporating the mind, body, and spirit into healing. I utilize a person centered approach, while using narrative, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural, and dialectical behaviour modalities. I don’t believe that there is one approach to take, rather, we find what is best for you!
I have experience working with individuals that have been diagnosed with ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, and Complex Trauma. I hold an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, majoring in Addictions Counselling and I’m currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
