This process is designed to empower you on your path to growth and positive changes.

My passion lies in utilizing various approaches and modalities to holistically address and enhance your life. Some include: person-centered, strengths-based, and at times, I also pull to incorporate expressive art, music and therapeutic art as a powerful tool for healing. These creative modalities offer a unique channel for communication and expression. I am committed to understanding and respecting your unique backgrounds and needs, recognizing the diversity that each individual brings to their therapeutic journey. Recognizing that you are the expert in your own life, my role is to guide and facilitate your unique path.
