When working with clients, I create a personalized treatment plan to address their unique backgrounds, presenting issues, and goals by pulling from several approaches, including holistic, client-centred, and strengths-based approaches. I believe connection is vital to the healing process and work to create a strong therapeutic relationship with clients to help empower them through the therapy process.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, body image and self-esteem, gender identity, self-harm, suicidality, relationships, and stress.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors with my dogs and listening to music.
