Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or returning after some time away, meeting with a new therapist can feel like a daunting process. I am here to help you through this transition by creating a welcoming, non-judgemental and supportive environment where clients feel safe to be vulnerable and share what they are going through.

When working with clients, I create a personalized treatment plan to address their unique backgrounds, presenting issues, and goals by pulling from several approaches, including holistic, client-centred, and strengths-based approaches. I believe connection is vital to the healing process and work to create a strong therapeutic relationship with clients to help empower them through the therapy process.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, body image and self-esteem, gender identity, self-harm, suicidality, relationships, and stress.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors with my dogs and listening to music.

I’m so happy you are here and are taking the first step on your healing journey. To book a consult or initial appointment, click the link below or feel free to reach out by phone or email.
