My name is Céleste (she/they) and I am here to guide you through moments of uncertainty and confusion in both English and French. I identify as a queer French Canadian and have experience counselling folks from across Canada/Turtle Island.  

In my integrative approach, I incorporate teachings from emotion-focused, person-centered, and solution-focused lenses. This allows me to tailor my approach specifically for you. I come from the understanding that we are shaped by our experiences and our environments. 

As your future counsellor, I hold the belief that you are the expert of yourself, and that my duty is to guide you to discovering what feels right for you. Whether it be related to your relationship, career, family, or friendships, we can collaborate on goals that mean something to you.
