About…

Are you struggling to find fulfillment in your life? Are you finding it difficult to cope with major life events? Do you feel unheard or resentful in your relationships? Or perhaps you just feel “lost” or “stuck” and don’t know where to start? Whatever your story or challenges may be, I’ll meet you where you are and support you along your journey towards healing and self-discovery.

As an integrative and holistic therapist, I believe in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and I recognize the importance of addressing all aspects of an individual’s experience to facilitate healing and well-being. When all aspects of yourself work in harmony, you’ll be better equipped to connect with yourself and others in a meaningful way. My approach to therapy takes into account the complex nature of the human experience, and I draw upon a range of therapeutic modalities such as, cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, mindfulness, solution-focused and somatic-based therapies to address the unique needs of each client. Collaboratively, I work with clients to identify and challenge the underlying causes of their difficulties and empower them to take an active role in their healing journey. Ultimately, I aim to support clients in cultivating a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

If you’re looking for a therapist who can help you work towards your wellness goals, I invite you to book a free 15-minute phone or video consultation with me to see if we’re a good fit. Looking forward to connecting with you!
