Sometimes life’s challenges may leave us feeling stuck and we can use a bit of support to help navigate through those challenges. In my work, I see my work to be like a lamp post on a dark street, helping to shine some light so you can figure out where you want to go.
As you may know, therapy has the ability to help people live more enriching emotional lives, improve relationships with ourselves and others, and have more tools to deal with life’s difficulties and more fully enjoy each moment. My job is to provide you with a safe, compassionate space to explore and enhance your wellness.
I change my approach to fit the needs of the person I am working with. Some of the themes I’ve worked with clients on are: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress management, emotion regulation, identity issues, etc.
