From a very young age, Brett’s passions have included psychology, philosophy and history. After completing a Master’s of Arts in Profiling and Behavioural Analysis, and in the midst of an business career, Brett decided to fulfill a life long passion and undertake training to become a psychotherapist. The three years of psychotherapy he had undergone in his early 20’s had been a life changing experience.
He believes that everyone can benefit from psychotherapy, and that people can work through their problems in the safe environment of the therapeutic relationship. Reaching out for the first time can sometimes be scary, and it can also be invigorating. Either of those feelings can lead to a fantastic experience and help a person live the life they want.
