Are you feeling anxious, worried, and struggling in your daily life? Do you want to make a change in your life but don’t know where to begin? Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low confidence, self-doubt, loneliness, relationship issues or are generally feeling stuck, together we can explore where these feelings came from and develop new strategies to help you rebuild a strong connection to your mind and body. We will identify an approach that best suits your individual needs. I am curious about you and working with me will allow you the space to become curious about yourself.
Together, we will collaborate and explore the roots of your stress. We can work on making better decisions, minimizing stress and anxiety, and strengthening relationships. I strive to help my clients recognize and utilize their own strengths. My approach to therapy is person-centered. I draw on approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-based therapy. Part of my practice focuses on working with women and couples who are experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss.
