My approach to therapy is person-centered. I draw on approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-based therapy.
We will identify an approach that best suits your individual needs and enables you to safely and effectively heal and grow. I am curious about you and working with me will allow you the space to become curious about yourself. Together, we will collaborate and explore the roots of your stress.
