I work with thoughtful, self-aware individuals who often feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or challenging relationship patterns. Many clients appear capable on the outside while navigating worry, self-doubt, or tension internally.
I offer individual, couples and group therapy, helping clients understand these patterns, develop practical skills, and create lasting change. Group therapy provides a supportive space to recognize shared struggles, practice new ways of communicating, and gain deeper emotional insight.
My approach blends evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breathwork. As a yoga and meditation teacher, I incorporate body-based practices to support emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and self-understanding.
