I work with thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or difficult relationship patterns. On the outside, things may look “together”—but internally, there’s often anxiety, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection.
In our work together, we slow things down and make sense of these patterns so they stop running the show.
I offer individual, couples, and group therapy. Whether we’re exploring relationship dynamics, managing intense emotions, or building self-trust, I focus on helping you develop practical tools you can actually use in your daily life—not just insight, but real change.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breathwork. As a yoga and meditation teacher, I bring in body-based practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deeper self-understanding.
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with others facing similar struggles, practice new ways of relating, and gain insight in a supportive, guided environment.
I offer in-person sessions in London, Ontario.
