I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for my clients. It is important for you to connect with me on a level that you’re comfortable sharing your experiences. I work from CBT and DBT perspectives, which means that together, we will assess your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to learn patterns that are maintaining your challenges.
I offer individual sessions to preteens, teenagers, and adults. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation that gives you the opportunity to discuss your situation and potential goals for therapy, ask any questions, and determine whether you think we would be a good fit.
