Do you feel overwhelmed or like you’re in a constant battle with your thoughts? Do you often feel stressed, anxious, or depressed? Have you ever experienced a traumatic event? The truth is everyone experiences challenges at some point in their life. Sometimes asking for help can be difficult, but you’ve already taken the first step by reaching out. By building a meaningful connection with your therapist that allows you to share your experiences and hardships freely and openly, you can begin to learn the skills to help you work with your thoughts and feelings and gain back control in your life.

I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for my clients. It is important for you to connect with me on a level that you’re comfortable sharing your experiences. I work from CBT and DBT perspectives, which means that together, we will assess your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to learn patterns that are maintaining your challenges.

I offer individual sessions to preteens, teenagers, and adults. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation that gives you the opportunity to discuss your situation and potential goals for therapy, ask any questions, and determine whether you think we would be a good fit. I am here when you are ready to reach out.
