Hi, My name is Erin and I’m relationship and trauma therapist. As a therapist specializing in relationship issues, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, grief, and chronic pain, my approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and compassion. Whether it’s healing from toxic relationships, rebuilding trust after betrayal, cultivating healthier boundaries, or figuring out the future of a relationship, I provide guidance and support every step of the way.
TRAUMA and NARCISSISTIC ABUSE RECOVERY- In trauma and narcissistic abuse recovery, we will work on helping you reclaim your sense of self-worth, rebuilding your self-esteem, and foster resilience. I employ evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness practices, and somatic therapy to help you.
GRIEF and CHRONIC PAIN/ILLNESS- My experience in grief and chronic pain informs my compassionate approach to supporting individuals coping with loss and managing physical discomfort. I recognize the profound impact of grief on mental health and relationships, and I offer a safe space for you to feel and explore your emotions, find meaning in your loss, and navigate the complexities of grief.
