I am passionate about helping those with addictions, eating disorders/disordered eating, shame-based issues and maternal mental health. Drawing from my own experiences, empathy, and training I have worked with numerous individuals to attain a personalized recovery that works for them. Collaborating with me means engaging in meaningful sessions centred on understanding, compassion and a deeper exploration of the connections leading to actions.
