If you have experienced a troubling event, or live with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or loss, we will use my mix of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy (SFT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and existential therapy, to focus on solutions and help you to feel more empowered. My approach is gentle and kind, but also directive.

Are you struggling in your career, feeling unsatisfied or unfulfilled in your life? Are there conflicts at work or at home that you’d like to talk through, or that have left you feeling silenced, hurt, or lowered your self-esteem and confidence? Are there barriers or blocks to you moving forward with your life?

I have always been a champion of mental health awareness and wellness, and my passion is helping people. I entered the field of Human Resources 25 years ago and I recently completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology, which gives me additional skills and insights to help you find your voice and realize your power and potential.
