If you have experienced a troubling event, or live with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or loss, we will use my mix of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy (SFT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and existential therapy, to focus on solutions and help you to feel more empowered. My approach is gentle and kind, but also directive.

I have always been a champion of mental health awareness and wellness, and my passion is helping people. I entered the field of Human Resources 25 years ago and I recently completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology, which gives me additional skills and insights to help you find your voice and realize your power and potential.
