As a queer first-generation immigrant, I felt lost trying to adjust to a new country while grieving the loss of what was left behind. I struggled with feelings of shame, loneliness, and lack of support. In finding a therapist that understood my experience, shifts started to happen. I felt seen and validated and new possibilities started to emerge. It is this transformative experience that motivated me to start my practice centered on inclusivity, anti-oppression, and decolonization.
I work from a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, neurodiverse, and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming lens. My practice is relational, with trust building as the basis of our work together. I use somatic approaches to strengthen the mind-body connection and draw on creative approaches to make exploring repeating patterns easier and more playful.
If you are feeling stuck and uprooted in the face of life transitions or struggling to feel seen and heard, I am here to walk with you on your path to new possibilities. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation so we can learn more about each other. I deeply value creating financially accessible services and happy to discuss sliding scale options.
Kindly note: I will be away from Nov 25th – Jan 5th returning Jan 6th. If you would like to book a consultation with me, my booking portal will be open for you to book a consultation directly. Booking portal
