As a trauma therapist who is neurodivergent myself, I understand what it’s like to navigate a world that doesn’t seem built for you. Sometimes we find ourselves masking to meet societal standards at the cost of our authenticity and mental and physical well-being. Other times, we mask for so long, we forget who we are.
In my sessions, you can expect a therapist who is genuine, empathetic, and above all, passionate about creating a safe space for you to unmask. I believe therapy is not about someone passively hearing your story – it is about collaborating with someone who is actively engaged in a way that honours your lived experience.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and have obtained additional certifications in trauma treatment and couples therapy. My approach integrates Person-Centred, Emotion-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies along with Somatic Experiencing. Throughout my work, I have seen profound transformations as clients learn to understand their reactions, develop resilience, and unearth their true selves. Whether you are grappling with the weight of past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or learning to navigate relationships, I am here to help you discover tools for healing and growth.
