To better understand an individual, it is important to acknowledge all components of their existence. Therefore, I take into consideration the uniqueness of people`s circumstances and value the importance of their lived experiences. My approach is collaborative, racially, and culturally sensitive. Together, we can utilize appropriate techniques that works best for you. My practice focuses on individual development through strengths and setting personal goals. I support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, loneliness, suicidality, abandonment, trauma and self-esteem challenges. In my practice, I incorporate anti-oppressive principles. And together, we will implement modalities such as solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
