(She/Her) I am a trauma-informed, 2SLGBTQ+ and non-judgmental practitioner who will affirm your strengths and experiences.  I highly identify as a sex worker affirming, poly and kink friendly therapist and I happily support people from all walks of life. As an Anti-Oppressive and Anti-Racist practitioner, your self-determination is absolutely centered throughout our sessions. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process in which together we find language, actions and meanings that make sense to you. I will celebrate your strengths, your joys, your fierceness and honour your anger and grief. As a former peer worker, offering non-pathologizing support is extremely important to me. I regularly use Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my practice, which I believe are flexible therapies that offer this type of  liberating support,  in conjunction with a wholistic understanding of well-being.  As an Indigenous person (Lenape and Kanien’kehá:ka) I may call upon community teachings when this is appropriate.  I am also currently receiving consultation in EMDR, to better support people living with trauma.
