About…

Hi, I’m Jen.
Would you like to sit down for a cup of coffee or tea while we talk? Therapy doesn’t have to be a scary or daunting process.

While starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life already feels heavy, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to listen—really listen—and to walk alongside you as you explore what’s hurting, what’s missing, and what might be possible.

Whether you’re feeling grief, loneliness, anxiety, self-doubt, or are struggling in your relationships, I offer a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported. The world is noisy and uncertain right now, and finding calm and clarity within that can feel like a daunting task. Together, we’ll work toward bringing more steadiness and ease into your life—at a pace that feels right for you.

I support adults through many of life’s challenges, including grief and loss in all its forms, as well as relationship struggles—whether with a partner, a parent, a friend, or even with yourself. I also work with couples navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, or the pain of betrayal. My approach is not about quick fixes or surface solutions. Instead, we’ll gently explore the deeper patterns and emotions that may be keeping you stuck or disconnected.

Grief, for instance, can be confusing and isolating. There’s no one “right” way to move through it, and no timeline you have to follow. If you’ve lost someone or something important to you and are carrying the weight of that loss, please know that you don’t have to carry it alone.

The same goes for relationships. So many of us find ourselves in dynamics that leave us feeling unappreciated, small, or unsure of who we really are. You deserve connection that feels safe and nourishing—not something that drains or diminishes you. If you’re hoping for more fulfilling relationships or just trying to make sense of what’s been happening, there’s space here for that too.

I bring warmth, honesty, and compassion to every session. This is a space where you can be yourself—no masks, no judgment. Just two humans talking through life’s complexities and finding a way forward.

If you’re considering therapy but aren’t sure where to start, I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like the right fit for you. You can also ask any questions you have about the process, fees, or session availability.

I offer both in-person and online sessions, with flexible times during the day, evening, and some weekends. To make things easier, you can book your free consultation directly through my website: www.nurturemecounselling.com

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m wishing you gentleness, healing, and peace. And if it feels right, I look forward to hearing from you.

Jen
