Therapy doesn’t have to be scary, daunting or uncomfortable. I’m here to support you in finding solutions to your pain & conflict and make the changes you want to make in your life, while finding peace & calm in the process. Life is far too short & much too precious to have past traumas, prolonged grief, loss, relationship conflicts, anxiety, self doubt, regret or loneliness take over. I work with adult individuals, couples, areas of grief & loss, trauma and narcissistic abuse victims.
If you have lost someone or something very dear to you and are struggling with the painful and lonely emotions and feelings that often accompany grief, bereavement and loss, please reach out. There is no timeline when experiencing grief and each of our journeys through it can look different, which sometimes makes it feel confusing and overwhelming.
Relationships with our parents, family, friends & partners don’t have to be unfulfilling, full of conflict or leave us doubting ourselves and feeling unappreciated for who we are. We aren’t meant to surrender to unfulfilling, controlling or bad relationships, or to live a life where you are walking on eggshells all the time. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, seeking to understand how you arrived at this point and identify the patterns that may be holding you back while finding a path to a more peaceful, calm, and joyful life.
To help in your decision of finding the right counsellor for you, I offer a free 20 minute consultation meet and greet call to help answer any questions you may have about the counselling process and to discuss your therapeutic goals. This will help us determine if we’re a good fit for working together and discuss your eligibility for different fee rates, along with the availability of sessions at those rates.
