Drawing from my personal experience as an artist, business owner, immigrant, and parent, my therapeutic approach is uniquely informed by an array of life’s encounters. I am a compassionate and attentive therapist with extensive training in the Gestalt modality. I work from an anti-oppressive, intersectional, and social justice-informed approach that acknowledges that systemic and cultural factors contribute to our mental health wellbeing.
As your therapist, I aim to help you foster a deep sense of self-appreciation by learning to value yourself and set boundaries. Together, we will explore how you arrived at your current conclusions or behaviours and determine whether you wish to shift them. I will support you in living more fully in the present moment—within your relationships, your environment, and the spaces you occupy. Everything you bring to our sessions holds meaning, whether it’s your dreams, passing thoughts, feelings of tiredness, or moments when you feel you have nothing to discuss. I will be here to care for you, and understand your life, empowering you to navigate the world authentically, embracing curiosity, spontaneity, and difference—or remaining just as you are!
