Having experienced the loss of a sibling, childhood trauma and navigating difficult life transitions, I understand how lonely and scary it can feel. The grief, helplessness and anxiety that came from these experiences left me feeling isolated, not knowing how or where to start with my healing. In seeking therapy, I was able to address the complexity of my emotions and found the support I needed, to grow and to heal. By learning how to access my inner resources, I found surrender and inner peace. It is this experience that motivated me to empower and guide others on their journey to wholeness.

My practice is relational, with trust and compassion as the foundation of our work together. I offer a sanctuary to explore without expectation or judgment. I use somatic experiencing to foster a mind-body connection, to increase awareness of bodily sensations, guide self-regulation and strengthen emotional resilience.

Healing is not linear and does not have to happen alone.
