About…

Having struggled with my own mental health challenges including processing grief and trauma, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. Regardless of where you find yourself in your process, I am here to sit with you, and hold space even in those places that feel daunting, painful, or overwhelming. I understand the feelings of shame, isolation, loneliness, and hopelessness that can arise.

In seeking therapy, I was able to address the complexity of my emotions and experiences, allowing space for some surrender and serenity. My practice is grounded in creating safety to process and validate the emotions arising and the importance of self-nurturing and self-inclusion. 

I firmly believe that healing is not linear and does not have to happen alone. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Gestalt Psychotherapy, exploring the present moment, with a focus on somatic engagement—processing the sensations within the body.

I offer a sanctuary to explore and sit with the multitude of emotions that may emerge, without expectation or judgment. I trust in the intrinsic capacity of individuals to grow and heal. Empowering clients by guiding them to access their inner resources.  Supporting them in slowing down, fostering a connection with their bodies and trusting their intuition.
