Hi there! I’m Kalyna, and I bring a unique perspective to my role as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), thanks to my background as an early childhood educator assistant. My education and experience in early childhood education has gifted me with a deep understanding of human development and attachment dynamics that influences our lives at every stage.

Having supported children through their formative years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the significance of secure attachments and how they lay the foundation for emotional well-being later in life. These experiences allowed me to recognize the significant impacts of early experiences, relationship dynamics, and current challenges, not only in children but also in adolescents and adults. 

In my practice, I am deeply committed to tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, drawing from evidence-based interventions and a client-centred framework.
