It takes a great deal of strength and commitment to work on yourself and your relationships, and I am here to offer support and guidance. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My goal is to foster understanding and self-exploration, improve communication, clarify your values and goals to work towards meaningful change, and to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. I support my clients in connecting with their body’s emotional responses, and to further identify and understand their emotions, needs, and values.
I have completed training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and more. See below for more information on these therapeutic modalities. I will use my knowledge of these therapies, among others, to offer evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
