It isn’t easy seeking out support, but you did it. Everyone at some point in life experiences difficulty and hardship. I get it, I have walked a hard road too. My goal is to support you to discover yourself.

I provide Psychotherapy services to individuals encountering: Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Post-Trauma, Relationship Difficulties, Life-Transitions, Low Self-Esteem and Sport counselling for Athletes. It is possible to love yourself, develop self-compassion and find balance.
I strive to create an environment that you are comfortable being yourself in. The outcome of therapy is often linked to the trusting relationship between the client and the therapist. Therefore, feeling safe is important.
