I am a relational therapist, which means I recognize the importance of our relationships, past and current, and their impact on our lives. It also means I place enormous value on your trust in me, in order to facilitate awareness, growth, and positive change. I am compassionate, gentle, and open-minded, and alive to how race, gender identity, sexuality, and class shape our life experiences.
I have been on my own healing journey, and have spent several decades in therapy, in an effort to live a more authentic and joyful life. Living with purpose is central to my values, which is why I left the corporate world to focus on helping people find their own inner peace. My goal is for you to leave our therapy sessions feeling connected, understood, and emotionally held and supported.
