It can feel overwhelming to start your healing journey but I am here to guide you through that process. You can expect an open and non-judgmental space to discuss your current challenges and symptoms. You will be able to discuss a range of topics from postpartum depression, anxiety, life transitions and racial identity with me (to name a few) but it does not stop there. Being a woman who identifies as a mother, educator and a member of the BIPOC community allows me to have a further reach on individuals who possess similar traits. Being able to have a variety of approaches and life experiences can ensure that you are on the right path to co-creating and implementing the right treatment plan.
