What if, this season you don’t move through the emotions alone?
I offer Mindfulness Psychotherapy with a focus on sensory-somatic release (feeling in and out body).
Through the psychotherapy and meditation sessions I offer, I take a neurodiverse approach to support you! As a restorative mindfulness teacher and accessibility learning advisor prior to clinical psychotherapy, I look to expand outside of the narrative format knowing we all learn in different ways.
We are human and are impacted by the experiences we live through. At times the knots inside our hearts and minds can get tight. We can practice body regulation skills to help loosen these knots. Together, the emotions can be released and you will have a whole set of mindful tools to support you moving forward into the changes you are seeking.
I understand the need for an exploratory space to identify the words to express who, what, and how you feel. I hope I can offer this safety to you. We will discuss, and practice tools in session so you know how to use the skills that will help you, when you need them, for your every day.
I look forward to talking with you.
