Let’s move through this one together, let’s connect. As a meditation mindfulness teacher and accessibility learning advisor prior to clinical psychotherapy I offer a nervous system calming approach using sensory-somatic release tools. I look to expand outside of the narrative format knowing we all learn in different ways.
We are human and are impacted by the experiences we live through. At times the knots in the heart and mind can feel tight. Loosening these is the goal. Knowing the right supports for you is what makes navigating challenges easier.
I hope I offer you the safety of self-expression. We will discuss, and practice tools in session so you know what to use when you need them most.
