In the heart of every challenge lies the opportunity for growth and healing. As a psychotherapist, my greatest passion is guiding individuals through their unique journeys towards emotional well-being. With a decade of experience in public education, I’ve witnessed the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity, inspiring me to dedicate my life to supporting others through their own trials.

Holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I approach therapy with a deep understanding of the complexities of human emotions and experiences. My practice is built on the foundation of empathy, inclusivity, and collaboration, ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and valued every step of the way.

Together, we will navigate the challenges that bring you to therapy, employing a blend of narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to foster resilience, self-discovery, and personal growth. Whether you’re grappling with grief, trauma, or the emotional transitions of pregnancy and postpartum, I am here to support you with compassion and expertise.

I believe in the power of connection and the transformative potential of therapy. To ensure that we are the right fit for each other, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This initial conversation is an opportunity for you to share your story, ask questions, and feel confident in your choice to begin this therapeutic journey.

Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Reach out today, and let’s connect to explore how we can work together towards the life you envision for yourself. Your path to healing starts here. You can connect with me to set up a free 15 minute phone consultation at or calling my direct extension at 647-507-5200 X710
