My name is Leslie, and I have completed my Masters of Arts in Psychology Counselling through Yorkville University. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts and Education. I have experience working with youth and their families addressing anxiety, ADHD, autism, learning abilities, grief and depression. I also have experience with people who live with autoimmune diseases such as diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. Using talk therapy, I work with you, as you achieve your goals. I keep you at the centre of therapy sessions as we identify the emotions and behaviours created by these issues. My approach will assist you in coping with symptoms as we work together to resolve your issue. Let me help you regain your sense of self through our virtual sessions.
