I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who specializes in working with clients around issues relating to life transitions, self esteem, depression, creative blocks, relationship issues, existential angst, trauma, stress, and more.
If you’re here, you are probably feeling ready for a change, which I know can also feel scary, even if you know things can’t stay how they are. I practice in a relational way, using creative self-exploration and self actualization and can be with you and support you in coming into yourself, understanding how you got where you are, and finding your way forward, even when difficult feelings come up or the process feels hard – your whole self is welcome!
I believe everyone is unique and I support clients in finding and embracing their own inner magic and in exploring how it is to share with others. I invite you to join me in an exploration of what it’s like to be you.
I have worked in community and art spaces including running nightlife and festival harm reduction safe spaces for people who use drugs since 2004, supporting clients with pscyhoeducation around: substance use, psychedelic exploration of the self and compulsions, and bring that into my practice as an Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I work from a queer-embracing, neurodivergence affirming, and anti-oppressive framework, and strive to be actively anti-racist and to be aware of systemic privileges I hold.
I understand the need for self compassion while seeking both peace and passion within. I am looking forward to working with you and invite you to tell me what is bringing you to therapy and your therapy goals and I’ll get back to you shortly to set up a free 15-20 minute consultation call. You don’t have to do this alone!
