Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or down? We all need support with these feelings sometimes. If you’re here, you are probably feeling ready for a change, which I know can also feel scary, even if you know things can’t stay how they are.
I practice in a relational, embodied way, using creative self-exploration and self actualization. I work with individuals seeking support with stress, self esteem, depression, anxiety, creative blocks, relationship issues, existential angst, trauma, and more. I offer somewhere to land and sift through what is present for you. I can be with you and support you in coming into yourself, understanding how you got where you are, and finding your way forward, even when difficult feelings come up or the process feels hard – your whole self is welcome!
I believe everyone is unique and I support clients in finding their own inner magic, embracing it and in exploring how it is to share with others. I have worked in community spaces, nightlife and people who use drugs (from a person-centered, harm reduction approach) for 18 years and bring that to my trauma-informed, relational Gestalt psychotherapy practice as I complete the 5 year training program at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto this year.
I have personally experienced the changes that therapy can bring and I understand the need for self compassion while seeking both peace and passion within. I am looking forward to working with you and invite you to tell me what is bringing you to therapy and your therapy goals and I’ll get back to you shortly to set up a free 20 minute consultation call. You don’t have to do this alone!
