I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who specializes in working with clients around issues relating to life transitions, creative blocks, self esteem, depression, relationship issues (monogomous/polyamorous, friendships, family), existential angst, trauma, stress, and more. I believe everyone is unique and I support clients in embracing an awareness of and exploring their own inner magic. I invite you to join me in an exploration of what it’s like to be you.
If you’re here, you’re probably feeling ready for a change. Using gentle, honest, compassionate creative exploration, together we can come to understand how you got where you are, and find new ways forward to be in the world.
I have worked in community and art spaces including running nightlife and festival harm reduction safe spaces for people who use drugs since 2004, supporting clients with pscyhoeducation around: substance use, psychedelic exploration of the self and compulsions, and bring that into my practice as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I work from a queer and trans-embracing, neurodivergence affirming, and anti-oppressive framework, and strive to be actively anti-racist and to be aware of systemic privileges I hold.
I understand the need for self compassion while seeking both peace and passion within. I am looking forward to working with you and invite you to tell me what is bringing you to therapy and your therapy goals and I’ll get back to you shortly to set up a free 15-20 minute consultation call. You don’t have to do this alone!
