I’m a Registered Psychotherapist who guides others down their own intuitive path of emotional healing. I do this by helping clients re-connect to their authentic selves and their inner knowing. With an intuitive and genuine ability to connect with others, I love my work. My passion is in helping others identify, heal and transform patterns of thinking and behaving that no longer serve them. I work in stress management, relationships, depression, anxiety, feeling lost, and more. I want all clients to understand that they have the inner wisdom required to create meaningful change for themselves. When it feels like there’s no light at the end of the tunnel, I can hold the light for you, until you can see it for yourself.
