Mandy’s main focus is building an alliance with her clients, broaching differences, and forming a supportive relationship based on trust. Her therapeutic approach is warm and integrative, using aspects of person-centred approaches that focus on client strengths, body awareness, self-regulation, and solution-focused therapies. She also realizes the calming effect being outside in nature has on our mind and body, and being a certified personal trainer gives her insight into the interaction between moving our body and feeling better.
