I am an registered Social Worker with 23 years of experience. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, are grieving, are stressed, suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dealing with addiction, or having relationship issues. I use person-centered and goal-based therapy practices which are realistic and specifically tailored to your needs. I use different tools and modalities like Mindfulness, Narrative, Solution Focused, Strengths Based, Trauma Informed, PTSD, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I work towards setting goals collaboratively with you .
