Hi there. I help people who struggle with feeling disconnected from others or themselves, and with folk who believe they “aren’t enough” despite continuously working to help themselves and others. More than ever, we are feeling anxious, burnt out, and overwhelmed about how we can fully engage in our lives, careers and relationships. Pushing away our needs or struggling to find the first step can lead to emotional, mental and physical exhaustion. I believe that life doesn’t have to be so hard.
I support couples and people struggling with relationship challenges, people pleasing, perfectionism, burnout or anything that leads us to feeling “not enough.” My work is founded on the basic principle that you or your relationship do not need to be “fixed,” but you may benefit from authentic care and tailored, practical support.
